At Kendal~Crosslands Communities, we have a special program that offers entry fee assistance to prospective residents that have lead a life of service, in keeping with our Cornerstone Values.

Please be aware that our average wait time is approximately five years. Smaller residences typically have a shorter wait time of around three years, while larger homes may have a wait time of five years or more. This is an important factor to consider when planning ahead for your future.
